Warranty Conditions
Unless otherwise stated, all products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
For the warranty conditions to be valid, please check the product at the time of delivery.
If you notice any damage, prepare a damage report and do not accept the product.
Any modification made to the product, deformation of the product, or alteration of its original design is not covered by the warranty.
Product Return Policy
Pursuant to Law No. 6502, no refunds are made for products purchased from physical stores. Unused products with undamaged packaging may be exchanged within 14 days.
Product returns are not accepted; however, you have the right to exchange the products you have purchased.
If you wish to exchange a product you purchased or did not like, you must contact us via the head office phone number listed on our website within 14 days from the delivery date. Exchanges will not be accepted for damaged, unpackaged, or used products.
For Exchange or Return Requests:
You may send your requests to the address below via Yurtiçi Kargo, by stating your request in the description section under the invoice / information receipt, the shipping cost of which will be covered by us.
The information under the invoice / information receipt must include the details of the product being sent, the product exchange / refund request, and the document must be included together with the product.
Shipments sent via different cargo companies with shipping costs paid by the recipient will not be accepted.
Regarding product return and exchange requirements, applications are processed in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers.
