1. Parties

2. Subject matter of the contract

Also; In the event that the incident is brought into compliance with the law, Loris reserves the right to claim compensation for non-compliance with the membership agreement.

3.9. Loris always has the right to unilaterally delete a member's membership, delete files, documents and information belonging to the customer.

3.10. www.lorisparfum.com website software and design are the property of Loris and copyright and/or other intellectual property rights are protected by applicable laws and have not been authorized, acquired or modified by the member. Other companies and products mentioned on this website are trademarks of their respective owners and are protected under intellectual property rights.

3.11. Used by Loris for the improvement and development of the website www.lorisparfum.com and/or to access the name and Internet Protocol (IP) address of the Internet service provider. 3.17. In accordance with this membership agreement, Loris is authorized to send information e-mails to the e-mail addresses of the members and to send information SMS to their mobile phones. The user accepts this.

4. Termination of the contract

This agreement will remain in force until the member is canceled or canceled by Loris. In case Loris violates any provision of the membership agreement, Loris may cancel the member's membership and terminate the agreement unilaterally.

5. Dispute Situation 

Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized for disputes related to this agreement.

6. Validity

A member's membership registration means that the member has read all the articles in the membership agreement and accepts the articles contained in the membership agreement. This Agreement is signed and mutually entered into force at the time of membership.
