Membership Agreement

Please read the following agreement carefully before subscribing to our site.

1. Parties

2. Subject of the Agreement

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

3.1. The Member declares and undertakes that the personal and other information he/she provides when registering to the www.lorisparfum.com website is in compliance with the law and that he/she will compensate Loris for all losses and damages he/she may incur.

3.2. The Member may not share the password provided to them by Loris with any other person or entity. The Member has the right to use such password. 4. Termination of the contract

This agreement will remain in effect until the member cancels the membership or Loris cancels their membership. If Loris violates any provision of the membership agreement, Loris may cancel the member's membership and terminate the agreement unilaterally.

5. Dispute Situation

Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes regarding this contract.

6. Validity

A member's registration constitutes the member's acceptance of all terms and conditions contained in the Membership Agreement. This Agreement is signed upon registration and becomes mutually binding.
