Regarding the exchange of a product purchased from our store:

1- To exchange products purchased from our store, you can submit a complaint and exchange request to the store where you made the purchase.

2- If the store where you purchased the product is in a different city, you can contact us at 444 8 345 and speak with our customer representative.

Regarding the exchange of the product purchased from our e-commerce site:

1- You can submit your requests by specifying them in the description area at the bottom of the invoice/information receipt to be paid by us through Yurtiçi Kargo, to the following address: ''Sultan Orhan Mahallesi 1181/1 Sokak No:5 Gebze/Kocaeli''. The information at the bottom of the invoice/information receipt must include the details of the product to be sent, the change/refund request for the product, and the document must be included with the product.

2- Click the "Help" button located in the User Panel. You can create a change request by clicking the "Create Request" button on the right side. Our customer representative will contact you as soon as possible.

Shipments sent by different cargo companies other than those abroad and paid for by the recipient will not be accepted.

For orders that have not been invoiced or shipped, refunds will be issued to your card within at least 1 business day after the cancellation.

Check the status of your order in the "My Orders" section under "My Account" on the homepage.

If your order status is "Order Received," please submit your request through the following channels: You can create a request via the "Create Request" button located in the "Help" section under "My Account," or you can create a request with our customer representative by calling 444 8 345.

If your order status is "Shipped," the recipient and/or address change can only be made by the shipping company within a certain period. You can submit your change request by contacting the shipping company that shipped the order.

All orders placed by 12:00 PM on weekdays (excluding Friday) will be delivered to Yurtiçi Kargo on the same day. Your order will be delivered to your delivery address within 1-3 business days.

All orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday will be shipped via Domestic Cargo on Monday. Your order will be delivered to your delivery address within 1-3 business days.

After your order has been shipped, you can track its progress in the "My Account" section under the "My Orders" tab.

If you have ordered the wrong product or changed your mind, you can easily cancel your order before it is prepared for shipping. 1- Click on "Help" in the "My Account" section. You can create a request for exchange or cancellation by clicking on "Create a Request" in the "Help" section. 2- You can create your request by contacting our customer representative at 444 8 345. IMPORTANT: If your products have started to be prepared for shipping (if your invoice has been issued) or have been shipped, they cannot be cancelled. In this case, you can return the product after receiving it.

If a cancellation or return is made, but the campaign conditions continue to be met, the campaign will not be cancelled.

If, after cancellation or return, the remaining items in the order no longer meet the campaign requirements, the campaign will be cancelled. Refunds will be made after deducting the campaign discount. TIP: If orders created with a free shipping campaign are cancelled/returned and the remaining amount does not meet the campaign requirements, the shipping fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

In the "My Account" section, under "Discount Coupons," you will find your active discount coupons. Copy the code located there and paste it into the "Discount Coupon" section in your "Shopping Cart" to redeem your discount.
