Product Exchange from Our Stores:
For exchanges of products purchased from our stores, you can submit your complaint or exchange request to the same store where the purchase was made. If the store is located in a different city, you can contact our customer service at 444 8 345 to process your request.
Product Exchange from Our E-Commerce Site:
You can send your exchange request along with the invoice or information receipt provided by Yurtiçi Kargo. Specify your request in the notes section of the invoice/receipt and send the product along with the invoice/receipt to D, Gebze Dilovası OSB, 4004 Sokak 137 Ada No:3, 41455 Gebze/Kocaeli, Turkey. Ensure the package includes product details and your exchange or refund request.
Alternatively, you can use the “Help” button in your User Panel. Click “Create Request” to submit your exchange request. Our customer service team will contact you as soon as possible.
Important: For shipments outside of Turkey, or for shipments sent via other courier companies and paid by the recipient, exchanges cannot be accepted.
Refunds for orders that have not been shipped and for which no invoice has been issued will be credited to your card within at least one business day after the cancellation is processed.
You can check the status of your order from the “My Orders” section under “My Account” on the homepage.
If your order is marked as “Order Received”, please submit your request either through the “Create Request” button under the “Help” section in “My Account”, or by contacting our customer service at 444 8 345.
If your order is marked as “Shipped”, changes to the recipient or delivery address can only be made by the courier within a limited time frame. Please contact the courier company handling your shipment to submit your change request.
All orders placed on weekdays, by Friday at 12:00 PM, are handed over to our contracted courier company on the same day. Your shipment will be delivered to your address within 1-3 business days.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday or during the weekend are handed over to our contracted courier company on the following Monday. Delivery to your address will occur within 1-3 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you can track the delivery status through the “My Orders” section under “My Account”.
If you have ordered the wrong product or have changed your mind, you can easily cancel your order before the shipping process begins. You can submit your cancellation or exchange request by clicking “Help” under the “My Account” section and then selecting “Create Request”. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service at 444 8 345 to create your request.
If the remaining items in your order no longer meet the promotion requirements after a cancellation or return, the promotion will be voided. Refunds will be issued after deducting the promotional discount.
Tip: If an order created with a free shipping promotion is canceled or returned and the remaining total no longer meets the promotion conditions, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
To use your discount coupon, simply enter or paste the code provided to you in the designated field during the checkout process. The discount will be applied automatically to your order total. Make sure to enter the code before completing your payment.
