(“Loris Parfum”), we have prepared this information text to inform you, our Visitors, Online Visitors, Customers, Potential Customers, Supplier Employees and Supplier Officials, regarding the processing, storage and transfer of your personal data within the framework of our activities arising from the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and related legislation and legal regulations.

2) What are the methods of collecting your personal data?
Your personal data, as specified in the categories above, is collected by physical means such as order forms, contracts, visitor forms, or by automatic or non-automatic means through information systems and electronic devices (e.g. telecommunications infrastructure, computers and telephones) , our website and other documents declared by the relevant person.
3) What is the legal reason for collecting your personal data?
Your personal data will be processed by Loris Parfum in order to achieve the purposes explained above, as specified in Article 5 of the KVKK;
(i) It is clearly provided for in the laws,
(ii) If it is directly related to the establishment or execution of a contract, it is necessary to process personal data of the parties to the contract,
(iii) It is necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations,
(iv) Data processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right,
(v) Data is processed based on the legal grounds that data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person.
When data processing cannot be based on one of the above-mentioned legal grounds, your personal data is processed based on your explicit consent.

a) Personal data of our visitors may be shared with law enforcement and judicial authorities for the purpose of resolving legal disputes and if requested in accordance with the relevant legislation.
b) Personal data of our online visitors may be shared with judicial authorities and authorized public institutions and organizations for the purpose of resolving legal disputes and if requested in accordance with the relevant legislation.
c) Our customers' personal data is transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations, within the scope stipulated by legal regulations, for the purpose of conducting activities in accordance with legislation, monitoring and conducting legal affairs, and providing information to authorized individuals, institutions, and organizations; and to our group companies, suppliers, cargo companies, banks, and financial advisors, to the extent necessary for the conduct/supervision of business activities, risk management processes, and the proper performance of our services. Furthermore, such personal data may be transferred to the law firm from which we receive services and to judicial authorities for use as evidence in any future legal disputes.
d) Personal data of our potential customers may be transferred to the law firm from which we receive service and to judicial authorities in order to be used as evidence in legal disputes that may arise in the future.
e) Personal data belonging to our supplier employees is transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations within the scope stipulated by legal regulations for the purposes of conducting activities in accordance with legislation, monitoring and conducting legal affairs, informing authorized individuals, institutions, and organizations, and conducting/supervising business activities; and to group companies, suppliers, banks, and our financial advisors to the extent necessary for the proper performance of the service. Furthermore, such personal data may be transferred to the law firm from which we receive services and to judicial authorities for use as evidence in any future legal disputes.
f) Personal data belonging to our supplier representatives is transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations within the scope stipulated by legal regulations for the purposes of conducting activities in accordance with legislation, monitoring and conducting legal affairs, informing authorized individuals, institutions, and organizations, and conducting/supervising business activities; and to group companies, suppliers, banks, and our financial advisors to the extent necessary for the proper performance of the service. Furthermore, such personal data may be transferred to the law firm from which we receive services and to judicial authorities for use as evidence in any future legal disputes.

As Loris Parfum, we do not transfer your personal data abroad.
6) How Can You Exercise Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data?
You can send us your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK, which regulates the rights of data subjects, through the “Application Form to the Data Controller ” prepared for your convenience in accordance with the “Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller” located at Loris Parfum’s “www.lorisparfum.com” address.
