Okuyucular Gıda Kozmetik Tur. Tic. Ve San. Ltd. Şti. and Okuyucular Kozmetik İnş. Tic. Ve San. A.Ş. (“Loris Parfum”) have prepared this information text to inform you, our Visitors, Online Visitors, Customers, Potential Customers, Supplier Employees and Supplier Representatives, about the processing, storage and transfer of your personal data within the scope of our activities arising from the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and related legislation and legal regulations.

Our business partners' personal information is processed by Loris Parfum in accordance with Article 4.2 of the KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law);

(iv) Being relevant, limited and proportionate to the purpose for which they are committed,
(v) Retention for the period stipulated in the relevant legislation or for the period necessary for the purpose for which they were processed.

2) What are the methods used to collect your personal data?
Your personal data, categorized above, is collected through physical means such as order forms, contracts, and visitor forms, or through automated or non-automated means via information systems and electronic devices (e.g., telecommunication infrastructure, computers and telephones) , our website, and other documents declared by the data subject.
3) What is the legal basis for collecting your personal data?
Your personal data will be processed by Loris Parfum in accordance with Article 5 of the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law) for the purposes described above;
(i) If explicitly provided for in the laws,
(ii) The processing of personal data of the parties to a contract is necessary provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of the contract.
(iii) It is necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations,
(iv) Data processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right,
(v) Data processing is based on the legal grounds that it is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.
When the data processing activity cannot be based on one of the legal grounds mentioned above, your personal data is processed based on your explicit consent.

a) Personal data of our visitors may be shared with law enforcement and judicial authorities for the purpose of resolving legal disputes and if requested by relevant legislation.
(b) Personal data of our online visitors may be shared with judicial authorities and authorized public institutions and organizations for the purpose of resolving legal disputes and if requested in accordance with relevant legislation.
c) Personal data belonging to our customers is transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations within the scope stipulated by legal regulations for the purpose of ensuring that activities are carried out in accordance with the legislation, monitoring and conducting legal affairs, and providing information to authorized persons, institutions and organizations; and to our group companies, suppliers, shipping companies, banks and our financial advisor to the extent necessary for the conduct/supervision of business activities, the execution of risk management processes, and the proper performance of our services. In addition, said personal data may be transferred to the law firm we work with and to judicial authorities in order to be used as evidence in future legal disputes.
d) Personal data of our potential customers may be transferred to the law firm we work with and to judicial authorities in order to be used as evidence in any future legal disputes.
e) Personal data of our supplier employees is transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations, within the scope stipulated by law, for the purposes of ensuring compliance with legislation, monitoring and conducting legal affairs, providing information to authorized persons, institutions and organizations, and conducting/supervising business activities; and to group companies, suppliers, banks and our financial advisor to the extent necessary for the proper performance of the service. In addition, said personal data may be transferred to the law firm we work with and to judicial authorities for use as evidence in future legal disputes.
f) Personal data of our supplier's authorized representative is transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations, within the scope stipulated by legal regulations, for the purpose of ensuring compliance with legislation, monitoring and conducting legal affairs, providing information to authorized persons, institutions and organizations, and conducting/supervising business activities; and to group companies, suppliers, banks and our financial advisor to the extent necessary for the proper performance of the service. Furthermore, said personal data may be transferred to the law firm we work with and to judicial authorities for use as evidence in future legal disputes.

At Loris Parfum, we do not transfer your personal data abroad.
6) How can you exercise your rights regarding your personal data?
You can submit your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data), which regulates the rights of data subjects, to Loris Parfum via the "Data Controller Application Form" prepared for your convenience in accordance with the "Notification on the Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller" available on our website at "www.lorisparfum.com".
