Warranty conditions
Unless otherwise stated, all products are under manufacturer's warranty.
In order for the warranty conditions to be valid, please check the product upon delivery.
If you notice any damage, keep a record and do not buy the product.
Any modification to the product, deformation of the product or disruption of the original design of the product is not covered by the warranty.
Product Return Policy
Pursuant to Law No. 6502, no refunds will be given for products purchased from stores. Products that have not been used within 14 days and whose packaging is not damaged may be exchanged.
Product returns are not accepted, you have the right to exchange the products you have purchased.
If you're unhappy with your purchase, please contact us via the head office phone number listed on our website within 14 days of receiving the product. Damaged, unpackaged, or used products will not be accepted for exchange.
For exchange or return requests:
You can forward your requests to the address below by specifying your requests in the description field below the invoice/information receipt to be paid by Yurtiçi Kargo.
The information under the invoice/information receipt must include the information of the product to be sent, the change of product exchange/refund request and the document together with the product.
Shipments paid by the buyer sent by different cargo companies will not be accepted.
