Warranty conditions

All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated.

For warranty conditions to be valid, please check the product when you receive the shipment.

If you notice damage, keep a record and do not collect the product.

Any modification of the product, deformation of the product or distortion of the original design of the product is not covered by the warranty.

Product Return Policy

In accordance with Law No. 6502, there are no refunds for products purchased in stores. Within 30 days, products that are not used and whose packaging is not damaged can be exchanged.

Product returns are not accepted, you have the right to exchange the products you have purchased.

You must contact us via our head office phone number on our website within 14 days from the delivery date of the products you have purchased or do not like. Exchanges will not be accepted for damaged, unpackaged and used products.

For exchange or return requests:

You can send your requests to the address below by specifying your requests in the description field under the invoice / information receipt to be paid by Yurtiçi Kargo.

The information under the invoice / information receipt must include the information of the product to be sent, the replacement of the product exchange / refund request and the document with the product.

Cargoes paid by the buyer sent by different cargo companies will not be accepted.

As product return and replacement requirements; In accordance with the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, applications are essential.
